PURPOSE: A construction method of a sectional vertical tunnel and a precast structure used in the method are provided to reduce a period and a cost of construction of the vertical member, and to prevent the generation of accidents by improving working conditions. CONSTITUTION: The construction method of a sectional vertical tunnel comprises a temporary structure dismantling step(10); a first segment assembly step(20) for forming a cylindrical body by assembling trapezoid segments in a zigzag pattern; a second segment assembly step(30) for laminating another segment assembly onto the cylindrical body; a slab assembly step(40) for installing a plurality of brackets at regular distances inside the segments and assembling a slab over the brackets; a stairs assembly step(50) for forming stairs in a space defined at the center of the slab for facilitating the access of workers; and a finishing step(60) for the back filling of the segments, and these steps as stated above are repeated until that the vertical tunnel reaches to the ground.
