<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a production method for a miniaturized ink-jet head with a high density, to be driven by a low voltage, capable of stably printing with a high quality. SOLUTION: In a production method for an ink-jet head comprising nozzle holes for ejecting ink droplets, an ejection chamber communicating with each of the nozzle holes, a first substrate with a vibration plate comprising at least one side wall of the ejection chamber formed, and a driving means for generating deformation of the vibration plate, wherein the driving means has a second substrate with an electrode for deforming the vibration plate by the electrostatic force formed, a step of changing the potential between the vibration plate and the electrode is provided at the time of anode bonding of the first substrate and the second substrate.</p> |
