PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate peeling of fastened toners by lessening the fastening of the toners to a transfer belt and to make it possible to obtain images of a high gradation and high resolution by improving the fine line reproducibility and gradation characteristic in image formation. SOLUTION: The image forming device having at the toners T and the transfer belt 8 is constituted in such a manner that the toners T are manufactured by a wet process polymerization method and the transfer belt 8 contains conductive fillers and a fluorine polymer.
