PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating agent having a conductive property, capable of coating all over parts such as welding screw by dipping or the like and being inexpensive and provide coated articles with the same. SOLUTION: The coating agent comprises coating materials, solvents dispersing those coating materials and black lead used as coating materials and articles are prevented from adhesion of weld spatter by covering spattering parts with the coating agent.
