PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve convenience, fractionation, and economical efficiency of equipment that processes waste including paper, taxtiles and plastics, raw garbage, medical waste and nursing care waste by sterilization by heating, drying and a capacity reduction by compression by promoting simplification of the equipment to promote environmental cleanup, making them into fuels, and making them into resources, thereby not only promoting dust buildup, making transportation and handling of such wastes more clean, promoting a lower cost, laborsaving, maintaining blazonry, preventing ill effects by beasts and birds but also sterilizing soils and tools for horticulture and agriculture. SOLUTION: The method and equipment relating to this invention is composed of a control of dry and moisture condition as to waste paper, etc., utilization and strengthening of a hotplate for cooking, an electromagnetic heating, radiation and convection heating mechanism, change of temperature measurement, heating, thermal source selection mechanism, processing time, lever, ratchet, and stepping exercise, improvement of compression operation method by using a hydraulic pressure, conduction and heat transmission, aero-permeability control of a garbage layer, dehydration, cleansing, steam sterilization, a single or multi- functionalization of steam cleansing, improvement of efficiency promotion, round blazonry of plastic molded products, safety structure, molding property, accumulation and load improvement for odd-shaped molded products.
