PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat reservation system for considering the convenience of the reservation of the reserved seat of a business traveler and the management of the business travel of a company side and the convenience of the business processing of the manger side of a transport facility. SOLUTION: In the seat reservation system 1, a private format peculiar to a specified company can be set on a reservation procedure and a peculiar reservation system restricted by the circumstances of the specified company can be constructed. The reservation procedure for the business travel, which is performed by a limited person in charge of accounting, can be entrusted to the business traveler. Thus, the business travel procedure can be simplified and made efficient. In customer management DB14, multiple pieces of information following the format which is set on the company side are managed. Thus, the company side can immediately obtain required information if need and can make a business processing on business travel to be efficient. |
