PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic document delivering and preserving system capable of easily accepting the re-delivery of an electronic document which has been delivered once. SOLUTION: At the time of delivering an electronic document to a portable telephone 300 or a customer terminal 400, this electronic document distributing device 100 transmits the electronic document to an electronic document preserving device 200 by adding information for specifying the customer or the document, and the electronic document preserving device 200 receives and preserves it. The electronic document preserving device 200 accepts the information for specifying the customer and the document and a distribution request from the customer terminal 400, and extracts the corresponding document from among the preserved documents, and transmits it to the customer terminal 400 being the origin of request. |
