PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food shopping system capable of presenting advice and guidance to/for nutrition considering the physical and health condition of individual consumers. SOLUTION: A personal nutrition information generating part 23f refers to shopping information (prearranged purchase food and purchased food) stored in a temporary storing part 23c, reads nutrient compositions of those foods from a food master 26, adds up the nutrient compositions, calculates the difference (insufficient nutritional amount) between the added nutrient compositions and calculated nutritional needs and the ratio (histogram) of the added nutrient compositions to the calculated nutritional needs, and displays the results as personal nutrition information 52a with numerical numbers and symbols. A recommendation food deciding part 23e decides whether or not a nutrient composition being insufficient in the insufficient nutritional amount calculated by the generating part 23f exists, and when an insufficient nutrient composition exits, the deciding part 23e enumerates foods suitable for filling the insufficient nutrient composition as 'recommendation foods' 52b to display the foods by referring to a recommendation food master 28, etc. |
