<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely detect the abnormality of a solar cell panel, without adding a special device to the solar cell panel. SOLUTION: Panel power-generation facilities 21, 22, 23 are connected to an internet communication network 28 via ISPs 24, 25. A diagnostic server 26 and a weather data server 27 as determining means in a solar-cell panel diagnostic system are connected. The diagnostic server 26 acquires daily power- generation amount data transmitted from the facilities 21, 22, 23, and it acquires weather data from the server 27. On the basis of the power-generated amount data and the weather data which are acquired, the state of solar cell panels on the facilities 21, 22, 23 is monitored. When an abnormality is detected, the abnormality is notified to home gateways 7 in the respective facilities 21, 22, 23 via the network 28.</p> |
