PURPOSE: A construction material and a manufacture method thereof are provided to simplify the procedure of construction and thus reduce the cost of construction by eliminating the use of a separate heat insulation material. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method of the construction material comprises the steps of; pouring cement forming the front surface of the construction material into a mold formed with a pattern on a rectangular inner bottom plane; implanting a plurality of iron cores(30) at equal distances into the cement(20); foaming a heat insulation material(40) between the iron cores, the insulating material being formed by mixing pulverized waste urethane styrofoam with a foaming agent; compressing the foamed heat insulating material into a certain thickness; pouring the cement forming the rear surface of the construction material over the heat insulating material; forming a pattern on the cement(50); and extracting the completed construction material from the mold after curing and sintering it.
