SOLUTION: The washing machine has a washing tub 3 rotatably supported in an tub 1, a space 17 formed between the tub 1 and the washing tub 3 and storing used washing water containing a surfactant, a coagulant supply device 7 supplying a coagulant 8 forming coagulated sediment by reaction with the surfactant in the space 17 in which the used washing water is stored, a drainpipe 4 continuously connected to the tub 1 through a first wastewater valve 10, a drain filter 11 filtering coagulated sediment in the drainpipe 4, a circulating pipe 14 branching in the middle of the drainpipe 4, and circulating the washing water to the washing tub 3, a circulating filter 13 filtering the coagulated sediment in the circulating pipe 14, and a second wastewater valve 12 arranged downstream of the branch of the drainpipe 4.
