PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily discriminate the types of forceps. SOLUTION: A stainless steel protrusion part 15 the same as a base metal is formed on one handle of the forceps. When being hung on a hook rod 22, this constitution inclines the forceps 10 (L1 state). If the protrusion part is formed into much larger, the inclination of the forceps is further enlarged (L2 state). When the protrusion part is provided in the opposite side of the handle, the inclination is reversed (R1 and R2 states). If no protrusion part is formed, the forceps held a vertical state N. Some inclination states can be formed by changing the lift/right position and the dimension of the protrusion part so that the inclination can be used as a key for determining the types of the forceps. For example, the forceps for the front tooth is so formed as to become vertical when being hung on the hook rod, the forceps for the right-side tooth is so formed as to be inclined in the right, and the forceps for the left-side tooth is so formed as to be inclined in the left. The inclination of the forceps for the molar and the inclination of the forceps for the bicuspid are formed large and small respectively. When the forceps are formed in this way, the desired forceps can be quickly found out of a lot of forceps hung on the wall.
