PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a spoon put on a saucer together with a coffee cup from falling to the outside of the saucer by allowing the spoon to be fixed onto the saucer. SOLUTION: This holder 1 is constituted of a clip-form holder body 2 and a locking member 3 fixed to the holder body 2. The holder body 2 is attached to tableware such as the saucer and a drinking/eating helping tool such as the spoon is locked to the locking member 3. A decoration body 4 imitating the shape of a flower or the like is attached to the base end part of the locking member 3 and design is improved. A stabilizing piece 7 and a nonskid piece 8 are attached to the inner side of the holder body 2 and the attached state of the holder body 2 to the tableware is stabilized.
