PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a black photosolder resist ink having excellent photocurability. SOLUTION: This photosolder resist ink contains an ultraviolet ray-curing resin (A) having an ethylenically unsaturated group and carboxyl group in its side chain, a photo polymerization initiator (B), and a black pigment (C) having a reflection region in the wave length region of not shorter than 500 nm. |
