<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ground-fault detection and display device, by which a defective high-voltage device with a generated ground-fault failure can be specified simply and quickly. SOLUTION: A unit is composed of a current transformer 6, which is mounted on a grounding conductor 5 of a high-voltage device 2 installed at a high-voltage distribution line 1 installed at a railway line and which detects a ground-fault current flowing in the grounding conductor 5, a ground-fault display 4 which determines the ground-fault failure of the high-voltage device 2, on the basis of a secondary current generated in the current transformer 6 and which displays whether the ground-fault failure exists and a solar battery panel 7 which charges a secondary battery built in the ground-fault display 4. The unit can be attached to a pole 3 as an installation place of the high-voltage device 2. Since the ground-fault display 4, attached to the defective high-voltage device with the generated ground-fault failure, detects and displays the ground- fault failure, an operator can find out and easily specify the defective high- voltage device 2 from among many high-voltage device 2, by visually confirming a ground-fault failure display by the ground-fault display 4.</p> |
