PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the reliability of maintenance period and costs relating to constituent elements of a building and of future management costs, and to expedite paperwork on the billing for a tenant of the building. SOLUTION: The program comprises a building diagnostic data input part 10 for inputting the building diagnostic data quantitatively showing the state of deterioration of the constituent elements of the building, a building related maintenance plan accumulating table preparation part 30, electric facilities maintenance plan accumulating table preparation part 40, sanitary facilities maintenance plan accumulating table preparation part 50, air conditioning facilities maintenance plan accumulating table preparation part 60 and transport facilities maintenance plan accumulating table preparation part 70 for calculating future maintenance period and costs for each constituent element based on the building diagnostic data, and an output part 130 for outputting these calculation results in at least a table form. |
