<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a gap between a clutch and a coupling becomes uneven and a gap adjustment takes time sine the coupling is rotated when a set screw is tightened after the adjustment of the gap between the clutch and the coupling. SOLUTION: A gap adjusting method for an electromagnetic clutch is constituted of a first axis 1 provided with a locking piece, a coupling inserted into the first axis, a second axis and a clutch held by the second axis, a coil spring is attached between the coupling inserted in the first axis and the locking piece inserted in the first axis, a gap adjusting collar is interposed between the coupling and the clutch, and the coupling is fixed by a set screw to the first axis is the state where the coupling is pressed onto the adjusting collar with the spring pressure of the coil spring.</p> |
