PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powdery dust suction module as an extension peripheral equipment to be separately provided from a wiring and capable of miniaturizing an electric hand tool device. SOLUTION: This powdery dust suction module 5 for the electric hand tool device 1 has a module housing 11 to be connected to a power source 10 through an electrical cable 9 and to be assembled in an electric hand tool device 1 by a fixing means 12, and has a suction blower 13 having a blower motor 14 for generating the negative pressure in a suction head 7. The module housing 11 to be installed in a battery module housing part 15 of the electric hand tool device 1 at least at a part thereof is fixed to the predetermined position by the fixing means 12, and the module housing 11 can be electrically connected to the electric hand tool device 1 through a pair of battery contact points 16 to supply the power to the electric hand tool device 1.
