FIELD: technological processes.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to device and method of biomass processing, involving separation of solid particles or fluid medium. Separation module comprises collecting chamber and filtering unit for separation of fluid medium from mass under pressure. Filtering unit has a central hole tightly isolated from the collecting chamber and comprises a filtering bag. Filtering bag consists of filter and support plates. Filter plate has filter through slit made along the whole thickness of the plate and extending from central hole to the filter plate to direct fluid medium from the central hole. Support plate directs fluid medium collected in filter slit into a collecting chamber.EFFECT: invention enables preliminary processing of biomass at high temperature and pressure with possibility to vary length of stay and treatment.26 cl, 13 dwg
