PURPOSE: A refrigerating and warming cabinet is provided to execute refrigeration and warming simultaneously or separately by partitioning a storage space in a cabinet into a plurality of compartments. CONSTITUTION: A refrigerating and warming cabinet includes a storage space formed with one side open in a cabinet(10) having a partition(30) dividing the storage space into a first storage compartment(21) and a second storage compartment(22) so as to execute refrigeration and warming simultaneously or separately; and a door(50) installed to the cabinet and having a main door(51) opening and closing the first storage compartment and the second storage compartment at the same time and a first sub door(52) and a second sub door(53) placed on the main door to open and close the first storage compartment and the second storage compartment, respectively.
