PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a customer information management device capable of efficiently managing customer information. SOLUTION: A customer information management device 2 is provided with a customer information data base 231, a seller information data base 232, an authentication server 21, a WWW server 22, and a management server 24. When access is performed from a seller terminal 3 owned by a seller, the authentication server 21 collates the authentication information transmitted from the seller terminal 3 which has performed access with the authentication information of the seller stored in the seller information data base 232, and when those information are made coincident with each other, the authentication server 21 authenticates the seller. The management server 24 updates the customer information stored in the customer information data base 231 based on the updated customer information transmitted from the seller terminal 3 of the seller authenticated by the authentication server 21 via a communication line 5. The WWW server 22 transmits the customer information stored in the customer data base 231 via the communication line 5 to the seller terminal 3 of the seller authenticated by the authentication server 21. |
