PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a plurality of physicians to efficiently prepare a report, by managing each report and a voice file of a result of diagnostic interpretation in a one-to-one relation and automatically cross-referencing the voice recording report with each inspection. SOLUTION: A report database 20 has a means to store a state of each report and voice state information, so as to manage the voice state of a voice file denoting an diagnostic interpretation entered with voice by a diagnostician and a state of a report of a text file character-converted from the voice file by a transcriber in a unified way, thereby enabling the diagnosing physician and the transcriber employing the diagnostic interpretation report AP 100, so as to independently promote a series of processing processings from the voice input until confirmation and storage of the report.
