PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a seat cushion from moving during the operation of reclining a seat having a seatback and the seat cushion both of which can be folded in two, with the front part of the seat cushion supported by a link. SOLUTION: A reclining lock mechanism 14 having a reclining lever 20 and a folding lock mechanism 13 having an unlocking plate 25 are independent of each other and an unlock lever 28 is provided between both mechanisms. The seatback can be singly reclined by use of the lever 20. The unlock lever 28 is turned by means of a wire 30 to operate the reclining lever 20 and the unlock lever 25 in combination to fold the seat.
