PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a file which can eliminate trouble to disassemble parts and sort them into respective materials when being disposed, and also, by which the pages of bound pamphlets or magazines can be easily turned and read. SOLUTION: A binding piece 4 can be pinched between pages of a pamphlet, a magazine or the like and can fasten the pamphlet or the magazine or the like. At both ends in the longitudinal direction of such a binding piece 4, an attaching base plate 5 is respectively integrally provided. At the same time, a hinge groove 6 which can make the binding piece 4 rise/lie to the attaching base plate 5 is provided on the boundary between the attaching base plate 5 and the binding piece 4 to form a binder 1 made of a plastic. Then, the binder 1 is bonded and attached to the internal surface side of a back face paper section 3 in a face paper body 2 made of the same plastic by welding with an ultrasonic wave or the like.
