<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a linear motor in which reliability can be enhanced by employing permanent magnets, which are not cracked even if they are trod by wheels, limitedly at branch and joint parts thereby eliminating a trouble due to cracking of the magnet caused by traveling of a carrying vehicle. SOLUTION: Permanent magnets magnetized in the opposite directions are arranged alternately along the traveling direction to form a permanent magnet group being uses as the track side of a linear motor. In such a linear motor, bond magnets 4a are laid at the branch and joint parts 3 of the track being trod by wheels.</p> |
