PURPOSE: A sea-island type conjugated false-twist yarn for warp knitting is provided which is characterized by having soft touch, beautiful appearance and excellent dyeing ability because of having low modulus on producing warp knitted fabric. CONSTITUTION: The sea-island type conjugated false-twist yarn is obtained by false-twisting 50-90denier of sea-island type conjugated fiber compring easy elution polymer, sea ingredient and normal polyester, island ingredient. The sea-island type conjugated false-twist yarn is characterized by: 10 to 80% of modulus variation rate on grey yarn before and after false-twisting; -80 to -10% of modulus variation rate on the false-twist yarn before and after eluting the sea ingredient; and -50 to +10% of modulus variation rate on the false-twist yarn after eluting the sea ingredient based on the sea-island type conjugated fiber before false-twisting.
