PURPOSE: A wired and wireless complex Internet connection device is provided to offer Internet data and phone service to a general telephone, an Internet phone, and a wireless telephone using an xDSL(x Digital Subscriber Line). CONSTITUTION: An xDSL interface unit(310) exchanges data with a DSL matching device. A main control unit(350) receives the data from the xDSL interface unit(310), and converts and controls a protocol corresponding to each composition unit. An ethernet interface unit(320) is used when interworking with an internet phone or a LAN equipment by a control signal from the main control unit(350). A PSTN(Public Switched Telephone Network) interface unit(330) performs a function of a general telephone by the control signal from the main control unit(350). A wireless unit(340) transmits and divides the data from the main control unit(350) and compresses a voice.
