PURPOSE: An amplifier device for a mobile telecommunication terminal is provided, which can prevent a performance degradation of the amplifier device due to a temperature variation by installing a temperature compensation circuit part which can reduce an operation point variation of a power amplifier part according to the temperature variation. CONSTITUTION: A driving power supply part(10) supplies a driving power to the amplifier unit, and a bias power supply part(20) supplies a bias power controlling an amplification of a signal. A temperature compensation circuit part(30) is operated by being supplied with a bias power of the bias power supply part. And a power amplification part(40) maintains a constant operation point by the bias power of the bias power supply part applied to the operation of the temperature compensation circuit part.
