PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing serial multiple coupling element is provided to achieve improved withstand voltage and insulation resistance characteristics, by constituting a dielectric ceramic capacitor by coupling a plurality of elements in serial. CONSTITUTION: A method comprises a first step of producing a plurality of elements(11a,11b,11c) by mixing BaTiO3 80 to 96 weight percent, CaZrO3 1 to 10 weight percent, SnO2 1 to 10 weight percent and PVA 1 to 10 weight percent, producing a molded body by pressing the mixture at a predetermined pressure, and baking the molded body at a predetermined temperature; a second step of depositing conductive adhesive layers(12b) at both ends of elements; and a third step of coupling elements such that the elements are electrically serial, heating and bonding the elements at a predetermined temperature, and forming a serial multiple coupling element(11) assembly by cooling the resultant structure. |
