PURPOSE: Provided is a CD supply system for a vending machine which uses supply pressure of CDs to keep pressure for a tension roll without being related to the accumulation height of the CDs so that it prevents the CDs from being damaged when the CDs are supplied. CONSTITUTION: The CD supply system for the vending machine comprises the parts of: a cabinet(10) which includes a lifter(20) and a CD discharge machine(30); the lifter which includes a lifting screw(21), a screw drive(23) to drive the screw forward or backward, a lifting nut(24) to be moved upward or downward in driving the screw and an elevation sheet(25) to be raised or lowered with a CD storage room(11); the CD discharge machine which includes a push sheet(31) to push the CDs into a slot(13) in forward operation, a decelerated geared motor(33) to be moved forward or backward, a drive sheet(34) to transmit power of the motor into the push sheet and a crank pin to connect a long hole at one side of the push sheet to the drive sheet; a control part which includes a micom, a limit switch(42) to detect a lower post, a limit switch(43) to detect an upper post, a limit switch to detect the embedded CDs and a driving driver; and the tension roll(50) which is placed at the upper part of the cabinet by a bracket and at the front edge of a support body to adjust pressure by an adjusting screw. |
