PURPOSE: Provided is a method for waterproofing a root by forming an integral waterproof layer which has not seam, and which is excellent in weatherability and durability and has an adiabatic effect. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of (i) removing a foreign substance from the surface of concrete(200) and smoothing the surface, and forming a leveling layer(110) with leveling mortar and drying the layer(110), and then forming an adhesive layer(120) with two-part of substrate coating, on the top of the layer(110); (ii) blending a two-part of painted elastic material and a rubber chip and forming a first waterproof layer(130) with the blend, and adhering a non-woven fabric(or glass fiber) to the top of the layer(130) to form a reinforcing layer(140), and at the same time, blending a two-part of painted elastic material and a rubber chip and forming a second waterproof layer(150) with the blend, and forming a third waterproof layer(160) at the surface of the layer(150) with two-part of painted, elastic material, so as to have a watertight structure; and (iii) blending a color dye and a one-part of modified polyurethane-based finishing material and forming a painted layer(170) with the blend on the top of the layer(160).
