PURPOSE: A barrel type water valve assembly of air-conditioning system for vehicle is provided to conveniently adjust gaps between connecting ports. CONSTITUTION: A barrel type water valve assembly(40) includes a coolant outlet pipe(42) formed to bend so that coolant passing a heater core(48) is discharged toward a radiator(50); a bending flange pipe(44) connected with an inlet port(54) of the heater core to supply the coolant; and a water valve body(46) coupled to an outlet port(56) of the heater core, connected to be supplied with the coolant from the radiator and having the coolant outlet pipe and the bending flange pipe inserted and joined thereto to control bypassing of the coolant.
