摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a pixel electrode from being affected by a electric field from a signal line, and to increase an aperture ratio. SOLUTION: A light transmitting pixel electrode PX, a light reflection film disposed at the lower layer thereof via a first insulating film consisting of an organic material and a thin film transistor TFT disposed at the lower layer of the light reflection film via a second insulating film having at least an organic material layer are provided in each pixel area of the surface on a liquid crystal LC side of one substrate of substrates SUB disposed opposite to each other via the liquid crystal LC. The light reflection film is formed to be commonly connected to the reflection films of other adjacent pixel areas and the pixel electrode is electrically connected to the thin film transistor by a contact hole CH formed by penetrating the first and the second insulating films through the aperture part of the reflection film.</p>
