<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide simple and convenient evaluation environment for actually evaluating a certain device. SOLUTION: A communication terminal device 12 sends control software to a communication terminal device which requests it among communication terminal devices 41-1 to 41-n at a request from the device. The communication terminal having received the control software sets and sends control data including operation conditions and specification data of an X-Y stage device 11 to the communication terminal device 12 according to the control software. The communication terminal device 12 supplies the received control data to the X-Y stage device, which operates according to operation software and the control data and outputs various operation result data to the communication terminal device 12. The communication terminal device 12 gathers and processes operation result data specified with the specification data among the received operation result data and sends the processed operation result data to the communication terminal device having made the request.</p> |
