PURPOSE: A waiting reservation calling system is provided to enhance a function of a waiting ticket system mounted for maintaining an order of a waiting place such as a hospital, a bank, a government office, etc. CONSTITUTION: A Zeta saver(100) includes an alive confirmation unit for informing a service available state through the Internet, a call data transmitting/receiving unit for receiving the newest data and transmitting corresponding data to a CSM(Calling Service Manager) server, and an RCS(Reservation Calling System) reserving function for receiving an RCS service reservation. A main page(155) is provided for making a user input RCS service reservation information. A web browser(110) takes and displays a service to be used by the user. An interface(125) is provided for transmitting an issuing device for creating the newest data necessary for an RCS service and the corresponding newest data to the Zeta saver(100). A web server(150) outputs the main page(155) to a corresponding web browser and inquires an RCS service reservation in advance. A CSM(170) comprises an alive checking unit capable of receiving an alive signal being introduced from the Zeta saver(100), a waiting ticket data receiving unit capable of receiving waiting ticket issuing newest data collected by the Zeta saver(100), and an RCS service unit for servicing a reserved RCS function in a proper time.
