PURPOSE: A bail with radiating protrusions is provided not to be hot by densely forming many radiating protrusions in the bail. CONSTITUTION: The heat from a hot pot(3) to a bail(2) is radiated through many radiating protrusions(1). The transmission of heat toward the heads of the radiating protrusions(1) is distributed and delayed. The contact area between a hand and the handle is minimized by sharply forming the ends of the radiating protrusions. Thereby, the handle is not hot.
