PURPOSE: A motor link apparatus for a power device is provided to allow components to be easily assembled with each other by easily correcting assembling position, while preventing assembly error. CONSTITUTION: A motor link apparatus comprises a first spline shaft unit(33) arranged over a predetermined range at one of a driving shaft(31) or a slave shaft(35) along the axial direction; an arm assembly including a coupler(43) having a spline portion engaged with the first spline shaft unit, and a first arm(47a) and a second arm(47b) opposed with each other centering from the coupler, along the thickness-wise direction of the coupler and coupled with each other such that the arm assembly rotates integrally with the coupler; and a motor link(25) having an end connected to first and second arms such that the motor link moves relatively to first and second arms, and the other end connected to the driving shaft or the slave shaft such that the motor link moves relatively to the driving shaft or the slave shaft.
