PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-resistant flexible laminated sheet comprising a heat-resistant adhesive film and a metal foil, not generating the wrinkles caused by the slip properties of the heat-resistant adhesive film at the time of lamination of both of them and having good appearance. SOLUTION: The heat-resistant flexible laminated sheet is composed of the metal foil and the heat-resistant adhesive film and manufactured by a process for providing the heat-resistant adhesive film having the coefficient of static friction of 0.5-30 in a scroll form, and a process for thermally fusing the metal foil and the heat-resistant adhesive film in the nip between at least a pair of press rolls.
