PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool holder grappling device operating smoothly. SOLUTION: A draw bar 6 is provided with a tapered part A with a diameter getting smaller toward to base end side, a claw member 5 is provided with a tapered part B fitting to the tapered part A, the tapered part B and the tapered part A pull the draw bar to outwardly press the claw member in the state of grappling a pull stud with a grappling part 5b, and the base end side of the claw member is press-connected to a cylindrical body 4 to increase a grappling force of the pull stud by the grappling part. The draw bar is provided with a pressing body 7, which is provided with a tapered part C expanded toward the tip side and abutting on the base end of the claw member, the draw bar is pressed and moved to press and move the claw member, and the tapered part C is allowed to abut on the base end of the claw member, thereby pressing the base end side of the claw member inwardly, and forcibly releasing grappling of the pull stud by the grappling part when the grappling part is released from the cylindrical body.
