PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flask holder by which a flask is held to float up therein when shaken and noise is prevented from being generated. SOLUTION: Two strip-shaped leaf spring members 2, 2 are stuck to each other by crossing the central parts 2a, 2a of them by each other to form a holding part 2b for holding the bottom part 3a of the flask 3. Each of the members 2 is erected upward from the part 2b and the erected portion 2d each of the members 2 is bent toward the central part side to form a pressing piece 2e for pressing the side part 3b of the flask 3 to the inside. A ring spring 5 for pressing the upper part of the flask 3 to the inside is attachably or detachably fit to the tips of the pieces 2e. A covering member 4 made from a flexible material having high friction resistance is fit to the inside of the portion 2d of each of the material 2.
