<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control IC device which functions to prevent a stored program, etc., from leaking out with an external readout instruction and is composed of one chip. SOLUTION: The control IC device composed of one chip has a memory 4 which stores at least specific data, an interface 6 which is connected to an external device 11 and sends and receives signals to and from it, a CPU 1 which performs control processing for a specific object according to a specific program, control parts 12 and 13 which judge whether the specific data are inhibited from being read out of the memory 4 when receiving the readout instruction for the specific data, and a switch function 14 which prevents the specific data from being read out when the readout is judged to be inhibited.</p> |
