<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reinforce a skin layer with a piece having strength higher than that of a core layer because, in a metal mold manufactured by using stereo lithography, the skin layer is formed into a strong structure by increasing sintered density and the core layer and formed into a weak structure by decreasing sintered density. SOLUTION: In the reinforcing structure for the structure fabricated by stereo lithography, a hole communicating with the core layer and the skin layer and the piece having strength higher than that of the core layer are provided to form a piece structure where the piece is introduced into the hole and the skin layer is supported by the piece.</p> |
