<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a current detector and a manufacturing method thereof having enough detection accuracy that can manufacture at a low price. SOLUTION: A bobbin is made as an aggregation of circular bobbin pieces 603, 604, 605, 606 which are divided into a plurality of pieces, and coil bodies 607, 608, 609, 610 are formed by individually winding a conductive wire each of the bobbin pieces 603, 604, 605, 606 and therewith a core consisting of a ferromagnetic material that penetrates each of the bobbin pieces 603, 604, 605, 606 is formed by dividing. The coil bodies 607, 608, 609, 610 are formed on each of the bobbin pieces 603, 604, 605, 606 by automatically winding work when assembling, and thereafter the split faces of the core pieces 601, 602 are connected to be fixed by penetrating split core pieces 601, 602 into the bobbin. Also the core pieces 601, 602 are used by circularly machining a cylinder shaped ferromagnetic material.</p> |
