PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a PET two-layered stretch blow-molded container having no danger exerting bad effects on a human body even if PET waste is reused as a molding material and not exering effect of an offensive smell, deterioration or the like on content. SOLUTION: An outer layer shell is preliminarily fixed to the cavity surface of the female mold of an injection mold for a preform in a close contact state and an inner layer shell is integrally injection-molded inside the outer layer shell to form a two-layered preform which is, in turn, subjected to stretch blow molding to mold the PET two-layered stretch blow-molded container. A regenerated molding material is used as the molding material of the outer layer shell 100 and a virgin molding material is used as the molding material of the inner layer shell 200.
