PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a camera that can timely and properly drive-control the eyepiece shutter for shutting a reverse incident light from the eyepiece. SOLUTION: When an operation section 40 is informed of a system controller 100 regarding the closing of a white balance button 7, the system controller 100 enables an image processing section 26 to generate adjustment data which are a reference of automatic white balance processing from a digital signal obtained through a CCD 14, an imaging circuit 24 and an analog/digital converter 25 and to store the generated adjustment data. In order to avoid affecting the adjustment data by the reverse incident light, the system controller 100 closes the eyepiece shutter 16 via an actuator 34, immediately prior to the acquisition of the adjustment data and opens the eyepiece shutter 16 via the actuator 34, immediately after the capture of the adjustment data. |
