PURPOSE: A process of preparing a feed additive composition by adding a suitable amount of a flavor of a scorched rice taste, a gum mixture, aspartame and fermented soybeans(chungkukjang, Korean native name) to enrofloxacin included with β -cyclodextrin is provided. Whereby, the composition permits animals to easily intake the feed without rejection. CONSTITUTION: Enrofloxacin is dissolved in a pH controller at 20 to 40deg.C. β -cyclodextrin is dissolved in 1 to 10 times of purified water and then added with the enrofloxacin liquid at 30 to 70deg.C for 15 to 2hr. Thereafter, the mixed solution is added with a gum solution, dissolved at 40 to 80deg.C, spray dried at a spray drier in which an inlet temperature is 100 to 200deg.C and outlet temperature is 70 to 150deg.C and then added with a flavor having a scorched rice taste, a gum mixture, aspartame and fermented soybeans. |
