PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lid body of a package for storing an electric part which is capable of correctly determining the right and wrong side by an image recognizing apparatus or the like. SOLUTION: In a lid body 2 of the package for storing an electric part comprising a metal plate 7 which has a lower surface coated with solder layer 8 on a generally entire surface thereof, and is bonded to a sealing portion 6 of the package body for storing the electronic part via the solder layer 8, a recognition mark 8a is engraved on an area excluding a portion opposing the sealing portion of the solder layer 8.
