PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a single chip microcomputer appropriately and accurately checking the function of an interruption control circuit in the one provided with the interruption control circuit processing interruption requests from respective modules. SOLUTION: In the single chip microcomputer provided with the interruption control circuit 4 processing the interruption requests from the respective modules 1, 2 and 3, a testing interruption request generation register 6 generating the interruption request for testing parallelly with the interruption requests from the respective modules 1, 2 and 3 is provided. By performing write to the testing interruption request generation register 6, a dummy interruption request can be generated. |
