PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data distribution system, with which the large scale file of animation information or the like can be easily retrieved outdoors, downloaded at high speed and reproduced. SOLUTION: Distributing information, containing body of information composed of animation, static images, sounds and characters or the like and at least one piece of attribute information representing some attribute in the body of information together with a title thereof is distributed from a transmitter 20 via a communication satellite 10 to a reception terminal 30, and in the reception terminal 30, the attribute information in the distributed information is collated with retrieval information inputted by a user. Then, the title of the distributed information, having agreed collated result is stored, and the distributed information containing a title designated by the user in the stored titles is received, stored and reproduced, so that the information can be downloaded and retrieved outdoors at a high speed. |
