PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a user with latest and optimum Website information by collecting information on responsiveness of the Website without giving an unnecessary load on a network and the Website. SOLUTION: The present invention has a function to store a user setup information storing function for each user (a user ID, maximum waiting time, hours of validity of history and a name of Web service by category) and a function to accumulate history of response of the latest access time, waiting time, the number of times of access and the present number of times of access to all stored Web servers for all users who access a contents server (Web server) through the portal site. The invention retrieves and selects the Website of optimum waiting time from the function to accumulate history of response of the portal site for each user every time the user makes a request for connection to the portal site, re-edits portal site information for each user and provides it to the user, storing and managing it in the portal server. |
